Good morning Bozeman. Happy Thursday. The sun is up and so are the Sweet Pea Bakers. We started our day with a Banana Chocolate Walnut scone, which put is in the mood for baking cakes. Today we have four made-from scratch choices, so you’re sure to find just the thing for your weekend gathering. Choose from our decandent 7-layer Opera Cake, the more modest Vanilla Cake, or bring back memories of parties past with our “Best Ever” Carrot Cake or  a rich German Chocolate.

Get a treat for head and feet! Ruby Slippers’ Grand re-opening party, May 30th

With the wet weather dampening bar-b-que plans this weekend, you might be looking for a fun way to pass the time. Why not join the Sweet Pea crew at the Grand Re-opening of our favorite shoe store, Ruby Slippers, as they celebrate their move to the heart of downtown Bozeman. They will be hosting fun activities all day this Friday, May 30th, to mark the occasion. Stop in during business hours (10 – 6) to check out their amazing selection, register for fun prizes and give your feet a treat with a foot massage. Hang around a little later, and get a treat for your head, too.

From 6 – 8pm the evening heats up with their “Sex and the City” party, featuring a live DJ, martini bar, and decadent treats from Sweet Pea Bakery. In a nod to fun, fashionable ladies near and far, Ruby Slippers will also be giving away tickets to the Sex and the City movie, which also opens that night. Not that you need an excuse to get decked out and party, but now you have one. Please stop out for a great time, and to show your support for a great addition to our neighborhood.
